Balloon ("the App," "we," "us") is an arcade flight adventure where you guide your balloon through colorful skies, grab score pickups, and dodge storm clouds on the way to each level goal. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, who it may be shared with, and the choices available to you.
By downloading, installing, or using Balloon, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Personal Information. We do not require you to create an account to play. If you choose to contact our support team, we may collect the email address and any details you voluntarily provide.
Technical Information. We automatically collect device identifiers (including your advertising ID), device model, operating system version, language settings, screen resolution, IP address, and general network information. Your advertising ID is retained only for as long as your device makes it available to us and is used solely for advertising and analytics purposes.
Usage Information. We collect information about how you interact with the App, such as levels flown, zones cleared, cloud match rounds played, and crash or performance diagnostics.
On-Device Information. Your coin and bonus score balance, daily login streak, unlocked perks, achievements, and best-run statistics are stored on your device using local storage so your progress persists between sessions.
The App itself does not use browser cookies, as it is not a web application. However, the App and its third-party SDKs may use mobile equivalents of cookies — such as device identifiers, local storage, and SDK-generated identifiers — to recognize your device, remember preferences, and measure advertising performance.

Balloon may display advertisements, including rewarded video ads that grant in-game bonuses such as a shield pickup or bonus coins. Our advertising partners may collect and use your advertising identifier and other technical information to serve ads that are more relevant to you and to measure ad performance.
Your advertising identifier is retained only for as long as your device makes it available to us and is used solely for advertising and analytics purposes.
You can reset or limit your advertising identifier, or opt out of personalized advertising, through your device's privacy or ad settings at any time.
Balloon uses in-game currencies called Coins and Bonus Score, earned by flying levels, collecting pickups, and claiming your daily login streak reward. Neither has real-world monetary value, and neither can be exchanged for real money.
You can spend Coins and Bonus Score in the in-run shop on fixed-price perks, such as the Shield pickup and score multipliers, each with a fixed, predetermined effect and no chance-based outcome.
Coins and Bonus Score may also be purchasable with real money through in-app purchases, processed securely by the platform store (Google Play or Apple App Store). We do not process or store your payment card details.
Balloon does not require or support user-generated content such as chat, photos, or custom player profiles. Your achievements, best runs, and statistics (including altitude reached, matches played, and pairs discovered in the cloud match minigame) are generated automatically from your gameplay and are stored locally on your device and, where applicable, associated with your device identifier for syncing and analytics purposes.

Balloon is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can promptly delete it.
